Measles outbreak in Simcoe County

The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is warning the public of a measles outbreak. Health officials say they’re investigating one confirmed case of adult measles in Simcoe County. Anyone who visited Sobeys in Innisfil on Jans Blvd or Wild Wing on Innisfil Beach Road on April 1st may have been exposed to the virus. Exposure would have happened between 12:30pm and 4pm. Anyone who may have visited these locations should contact their doctor before going to their office.
