Victims Bill of Rights gives victims more power
Parry Sound-Muskoka MP Tony Clement says Canada`s Victims Bill of Rights would give victims a stronger voice. On Thursday, Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced details of the long awaited Bill C-32, which includes helping victims become more involved in the court process.
