Huntsville’s former CAO is focusing on his family. Last week, Kelly Pender officially resigned. Pender says he’s come to a point in his life where his family is top priority.

Pender says the future of Huntsville is looking bright with the many initiatives underway. These include the expansion of Deerhurst, the rezoning of the Empire Hotel lot and his personal pet project. Accelerate Muskoka.

Pender stepped down on Friday and council has named Denise Corry as acting CAO.
