Off to the dog races in Kearney

You’re going to be hearing ‘mush’ a lot this weekend. The 20th annual Kearney Dog Sled Races starts today. The event is filled with races that include kid and mutt, skijoring, four and six mile sprints, 35 mile mid-distance and the overnight wilderness 120 mile trek. Activities besides the races this weekend include silent auction, indoor marketplace, souvenir tour, kids’ activities, live entertainment, food and more.
