Bracebridge raises flag for Heart Month

A special flag raising ceremony is being held today in honor of February being heart month.  The event starts at 1pm at Bracebridge Town Hall. Mayor Graydon Smith will be there to officially raise the flag. Last year $9.7-million was raised across Canada for the Heart and Stroke Foundation while Simcoe County and Muskoka raised $95,000. This year, hearts are even bigger with the goal of raising $111,350.
