Parry Sound-Muskoka broke record temps

It looks like we broke records when it comes to the cold snap we’ve been experiencing. Senior Climatologist, with Environment Canada, David Phillips says it all started on Tuesday.

However, Philips says that wasn’t as bad as Wednesday.

Meantime, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Environment Canada says we won’t have to suffer from these wind chills and the bitter cold much longer. Phillips says it all starts next month.

In the meantime, Phillips says we will get a break from wind chills this weekend, but we should prepare to get back to unseasonably cold temps next week.
