Convicted killer back in Bracebridge court today
Convicted killer Justin Primmer is back in court today to face assault and breach of probation charges. The 29-year-old was charged after an alleged assault in January. There is a publication ban on the identity of the victim and another person named in court documents. Primmer had moved to Huntsville after being in jail for the assault of a London woman last year. He also spent time behind bars for killing a Stratford man back in 2003.
