Planning Advisory approves new Bed and Breakfast

A Huntsville resident wants to turn their home into a Bed and Breakfast. At the Planning Advisory Committee meeting yesterday, a zoning amendment to the property on 476 Brunel Road was presented. One neighbour was concerned it would increase traffic on the side entrance leading to the boathouse of the Bed and Breakfast. The side entrance is a residents-only right of way. Despite the concern, the committee approved the amendment pending site plan control approval. Final approval will go before council at their next meeting.
