Killer who moved to Huntsville now charged with assault
A convicted killer who now lives in Huntsville has been charged with assault. 29 year old Justin Primmer was arrested yesterday after police were told an assault had taken place during the first week of January. Primmer was convicted of manslaughter in the stabbing death of Bill ‘Bonesy’ Welch in Stratford in 2003. In 2013 he was also convicted for the violent beating of 22 year old Desiree Gallagher, which left her partially blind and a damaged short term memory. Primmer now stands charged with assault and failing to comply with probation. He’s been held for a bail hearing and will appear in Bracebridge court tomorrow.
