District of Muskoka fluoride decision looming

Monday is fluoride decision day in Muskoka. That’s when District Council is expected to vote on which municipalities will keep fluoride in their drinking water and which ones won’t. Muskoka’s Public Works Commissioner Tony White says he can’t guarantee what council will decide, but he says staff are under the impression the District will respect each municipality’s decision. Huntsville and Lake of Bays want it gone. Bracebridge, Muskoka Lakes, Georgian Bay and Gravenhurst want it kept in their water. All parties had until January 15th to tell the District their decision.
