Low visibility and blowing snow on Highway 11

We are getting reports of extremely bad road conditions on Highway 11. Listeners are saying traffic is slow moving because of near zero visibility along the highway. The OPP has suggested if you don’t have to travel today, don’t. Road conditions are expected to get worse as we can expect up to 40 centimetres of snow.
