Man charged after he said Tim Horton's shortchanged him

A 27-year-old Barrie man’s been charged with theft and fraud under $5,000 after he said he was shortchanged at a Tim Horton’s. OPP say it happened at the Tim’s at 1 Horseshoe Lake Road in Seguin Township last night at 8:51pm. A man paid for his purchase and the cashier gave him his change. Police say the man put part of the refunded change into his pocket then told the cashier she didn’t give him enough money back. He’s also charged with failing to comply with his probation. He’s to appear in court in Parry Sound January 23rd.
