Residents stay inside as wind chills continue

With the wind chill warning remaining in effect for Muskoka and Parry Sound, many residents are staying inside to avoid a wind chill of minus 40.

According to environment Canada, it only takes 10 minutes for exposed skin to get frost bite. So what are you doing to battle these cold temperatures? We went to the streets to ask.

The combination of winds and Arctic air will continue to produce severe wind chill in many areas this morning ranging from minus 30 to minus 40.

However, the good news is conditions are expected to improve early this afternoon as temperatures rise and wind becomes lighter.
