Emergency officials would like you to clear snow from your 911 address signs

Paramedics and fire officials want you to uncover your 911 civic address signs. It’s an annual problem – mounting snow can cover the signs making it hard for emergency personnel to identify addresses quickly when time is of the essence. While there haven’t been any delays in service so far, be proactive and clear snow away from your sign and your driveway so crews can get you help fast if it’s needed. Also, clear any snow away from fire hydrants if ones on or near your property. Technically it’s the district’s job to do it, but with the rapid snow accumulation a little help is always appreciated.
