Dippers were freezin' for a reason

Over $1,500 has been raised at this year’s Huntsville Polar Bear Dip. . About 20 people from across Ontario took part in the sixth annual event. Organizers cut into six inches of Penn Lake ice at Hidden Valley beach for participants to dip into the teeth chattering water, all in the name of charity. Money was raised for the Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North Build Projects in Muskoka. If you couldn’t make the event and still want to support the cause, you can make a donation online. When you get to the site, click on donate at the top right corner. Click here to view pictures of this year’s event.
