Highway 400 is partially reopened. After being closed for more than four hours today, West Parry Sound OPP re-opened the southbound lanes of highway 400 at around 1:20pm. The northbound lanes are still waiting to be cleared to ensure safe travel as are still closed at this time, but are expected to be opened shortly. Police advise motorists to drive to weather conditions and use their full vehicle lighting system.
