Candidate enters the race for Gravenhurst's 2014 municipal election

The town of Gravenhurst has received another nomination for the upcoming 2014 municipal election. Rosemary King filed paperwork for the October 27th municipal election last week. Nomination papers can be filed with the clerk until September 12th at 2pm. Applicants interested in running for office must be eighteen or older, be a Canadian Citizen, reside in Gravenhurst, be an owner or tenant of land in Gravenhurst, or be the spouse of an owner or tenant in Gravenhurst.
