Winter storm report for Muskoka and Parry Sound

A blizzard warning, snow fall warning and snow squall warning is in effect for Muskoka and Parry Sound. Dangerous snow squalls are expected to develop tonight creating near blizzard conditions. That combined with extreme wind chills may cause life-threatening driving conditions if anyone becomes stranded in vehicles on snow-blocked highways. Up to 15 cm of snow is forecast to fall today and tonight causing near whiteout environments. Then tomorrow another 20 cm of snow is expected with snow squalls and blowing snow.
