Bracebridge man charged in stabbing at Huntsville house party
A man is recovering from serious but non-life threatening injuries after he was stabbed at a house party in Huntsville. OPP says the 38 year old had been out with a group of people at a couple different local establishments Monday night when the party ended up back at a home on Seeley’s Road. He had been arguing during the evening with another man and it eventually turned into a physical fight. The victim was stabbed several times and he was taken to hospital in Toronto. A 24 year old Bracebridge man has been charged with Aggravated Assault under the Criminal Code of Canada. He was held for a bail appearance yesterday and he will be back in court tomorrow.
