Bracebridge is looking for developers to take over the old fire hall

The old Bracebridge fire hall is in need of a new purpose.
In November, Bracebridge Fire Department will be moving to its new home on Taylor Road leaving the old building on Dominion Street vacant. The town wants to find a new owner for the building, but it also wants to be involved in deciding on the new purpose for the property. Bracebridge staff will be sending out a request for proposal to find someone interested in buying the property or partnering with the town to redevelop it.
