Huntsville homeowners can expect their property tax bills in the mail soon. The town has sent them out, and says they should be in your mailbox in the next two weeks. If you don’t get your bill by the end of the month, call the tax department.
Huntsville’s Manager of Finance Julia McKenzie says the final tax installment is due by 4:30pm on August 31st. She says you can pay in person at town hall, by mail, over the phone, online or through your bank.
Mckenzie also notes residents should allow three to five business days for processing to avoid paying late fees. More details about payment are on the town website.
