Update 9:00pm: The tornado warning has ended for the area.
Environment Canada is warning there is a chance a tornado could hit South Muskoka.
The weather service released the warning for the Gravenhurst and Bracebridge areas shortly after a tornado warning was called off for Barrie.
Officials warn if you see threatening weather approaching you should find shelter immediately.
