Wahta Mohawks re-elect Philip Franks as Chief

The Wahta Mohawks have re-elected their current Chief for another term.
Following the weekend election, Philip Franks was re-elected as Chief of the Mohawk First Nation with 135 votes.
The four councillor positions were won by Blaine Commandant, Teresa Greasly, Lawrence Schell and Lorie Strength-Fenton.
According to the Electoral Officer there were a total of 206 ballots cast in this election with no spoiled ballots.
