Downtown Convenience in Bracebridge looks to bring more attention back to downtown

A local business owner is working to bring more convenience back to downtown Bracebridge.
Veranda Owner Elise Boyer has opened her fourth store under a different name.
Downtown Convenience officially opened its doors on Friday.
Boyer says this store is about offering more of what the locals have been asking for.
She says when she purchased the building, it was very important to her to keep the look consistent with the rest of downtown.
Boyer says the town played a big role in helping her get this new store up and running.
She says the town helped fund projects like putting in new windows and a new facade on the front of the old building.
The funds helped a bit with the interior renovations as well says Boyer.
She’s now looking for any suggestions to help improve what the store has to offer.
If you’d like to get in touch with her you can e-mail [email protected].
