A Huntsville man is facing an impaired charge and was held in jail overnight.
On Saturday, Almaguin Highlands OPP says they were called to a trespassing incident in Burk’s Falls at a local business. As police arrived, they found the man parked and in his vehicle.
After an investigation, he was taken into custody and charged with care or control with over 80 milligrams of blood alcohol.
He has been released and will appear in a Sundridge court on October 13th.
