Bracebridge OPP has charged three men with drug trafficking in relation to the Medicinal Marijuana Dispensary Legacy 420 on the Wahta Mohawk Territory.
Along with drug enforcement units, police raided the store and sezied a large amount of marijuana on July 22nd.
Owner of the store, Cal White was charged along with a 49-year-old man and 22-year-old man.
The three men will appear in court in Bracebridge on September 27th.
Since being charged, White has stepped aside from his position as President of the Muskoka Lakes Chamber of Commerce.
