An 800-square-foot addition is being planned for the Dorset Heritage Museum.
Officials say the space will be for additional displays, a fire-secure storage for records and a workspace. They say the project will cost about $73,000, coming from reserves.
The Township of Algonquin Highlands supports the addition. It will now allow the museum to start engineered drawings.
