Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North is preparing two new builds for Muskoka this summer.
A new duplex in Huntsville and a four plex in Bracebridge will see six families able to call these new buildings home.
Greg Cowan with OGN says they are hoping to roll these builds out in a timely manner.
Bracebridge will come second and Cowan says they should have it done before the end of the summer.
The locations of the builds will not be announced yet, but Cowan says both are in town.
