The Town of Bracebridge will be closing the Stephenson Road 1 East Bridge next week.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, the bridge will be shut down between 8:00am and 5:00pm while contracted workers investigate the ground around the structure.
Residents who live on River Valley Drive and want to come and go during the day will be required to park their vehicles along the east side of the bridge by 8:00am.
There will be a vehicle on the west side to take you from your home to the bridge.
The bridge is slated for replacement this year.
