The Gravenhurst Winter Carnival is on the horizon and has attracted the attention of a national television station.
The Discovery Channel will be visiting the town during the festival to shoot an episode of ‘How Hard Can It Be?’.
Events and Marketing Facilitator Amy Taylor says the host of the show, Andrew Younghusband, will be taking on a fairly new event to the carnival.
Taylor says Younghusband may take on the polar dip at the carnival as well.
The Gravenhurst Winter Carnival kicks off Family Day Monday and there is a whole week of events planned.
