A few local minor hockey teams are shining in the OMHA Playdowns.
The Huntsville Otters Novice Rep team is onto the quarter finals after defeating Parry Sound. They will now take on Highland.
The Peewee AE Otters will be taking on Napenee or Prince Edward County in their quarter final series.
The Major Midget South Muskoka Bears have eliminated the MBRP Huntsville Otters from playoff contention. The Bears will now face Napanee from Eastern Ontario.
