The kids may need to take a different route for their first day of school this year.
The Trillium Lakeland School Board is quickly trying to deal with an issue that has cropped up involved the Rossea River Bridge.
The MTO announced that the bridge was closed due to safety issues.
Transportation Supervisor for the school board, Patricia Hayward, says this is affecting two bus routes.
The bridge closure is expected to last until the end of October.
