It’s as much about pride as it was accomplishment for one Muskoka Ironman.
It took 11 hours and 8 minutes for Mike Duncan to cross the finish line at the full-Ironman. Being the first Muskoka athlete to cross the finish line felt good, and being able to celebrate his success with his wife and two boys was the high point of his weekend.
Duncan has been participating in Ironman races since he was 20-years-old.
