The OPP is asking everyone when travelling up to the cottage this weekend, to move over when emergency vehicles and personnel are on the side of the road.
This weekend, officers will be leading a campaign called Move Over. The increased traffic over the weekend will result in the number of police cars, ambulances and fire trucks using the sides of all highways and roads.
Police are asking everyone to be respectful and move to the other lane to prevent serious injury or death.
