For some, many will be spending time over the long weekend either out at the cottage or spending time with family members.
But, there are some that can agree that this is the first weekend to take out the golf clubs and hit the greens to see if they can score some birdies, pars and prevent from getting those awful bogey blues.
Danny Jackson is the Executive Professional Director of Golf & Recreation at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville. He mentions that though the last few days have been cold, the Lakeside & Highlands courses are in perfect shape for the weekend.
Weekend temperatures are to reach between highs of 20 and 25 degrees, and one message Jackson has for golfers, is to enjoy their time on the course.
