Gravenhurst torchbearer picked for the 2015 Pan Am Games

Gravenhurst’s torchbearer for the 2015 Pan Am Games has been picked. The Pan Am Games’ torch relay visits Gravenhurst Tuesday, June 9th, with a celebration happening at 1pm. The ceremony will feature Cara McLeod as the community torchbearer. McLeod is a Phys-Ed teacher at Gravenhurst Public School, who says she loves Gravenhurst and is honoured to be picked to take part in the torch lighting ceremony. As a teacher, McLeod works hard to provide her students with the fundamental skills for movement and games/sports.
